Dear Parents,
We had a lot of fun on 6th age Spirit Day wearing our banner colors of green, red, black, blue, yellow, and white, painting replicas of our banner, making beaded necklaces in our banner colors, eating cupcakes iced in the banner colors, and doing the 6th age cheer with all the other sixes on the playground. You will also see a picture of the Patchwork Path quilt we made after reading the book by the same name. Please ask your child to tell you the story. There is also a picture of some of us in 6A getting ready to drop our whirligigs off the balcony at school, to watch them spin, as they fall to the floor. Who says toys have to cost a lot of money to have fun?! We also had fun dropping them off of the playground equipment. Enjoy!
Sincerely,
Louise Catlin
