Dear 6A Parents,
Calvert lower school was treated to a marevelous dance assembly this past Tuesday featuring four native americans, who are part of a larger group that call themselves the Native Pride Dancers. They performed authentic native american dances, including a traditional dance, the shawl dance, and the hoop dance, wearing beautiful native american outfits. They then invited some of the students and many of the teachers up on the stage to dance with them. Do you recognize anybody in the photos? We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed watching the performance!
Sincerely,

Dear Parents,
Here are some pictures to enjoy of the school wide Halloween parade in the gym and our class Halloween party. Many thanks to all the class parents who helped to make the party so much fun and such a big hit with the children!
